FINAL SCC WEEKEND 2023
Going into the final weekend Yorkshire's 3rd and 5th teams needed some good wins to be sure of securing their place in their respective divisions. The middle of the table in Premiership was very tight so the 1st team were also looking to secure some good wins. As it turned out all 5 teams had excellent results and all teams kept out of the relegation zone.
Final positions in the tables: 1st team finished fifth in Premiership; 2nd team fourth in Championship; 3rd team fifth in Division 1 North; 4th team were third and 5th team sixth in Division 2 North.

SCC SEASON 2023/24
The Senior County Championships will resume for the coming badminton season and the designated weekends will be:
A. - 11th & 12 November 2023 (both days for Premiership and Championship Divisions only)
B. - 20th and 21st January 2024 (both days for Premiership and Championship Divisions only)
C. - 23rd and 24th March 2024 - All Divisions

BADMINTON ENGLAND/YORKSHIRE AFFILIATION
Players who represent Yorkshire in the SCC for seniors or Masters and who play in BE tournaments must also have a Compete Licence which is an additional cost on top of affiliation obtained directly from BE.
County and Tournament players are advised to affiliate directly with Badminton England which is just the one application for both affiliation and the Compete Licence.
